Associate Members are responsible for spreading awareness about the BLAC Network, its services, and its mission. They engage with the community, promote events, and encourage businesses and individuals to join the network.

Strong communication skills, a passion for community empowerment, and experience with event promotion, networking, or social media marketing are highly beneficial.

While experience in promotions or marketing is helpful, the BLAC Network values enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine interest in supporting Black-owned businesses.

Compensation structures may include commission-based earnings, bonuses for achieving specific targets, or event-based stipends, depending on the role and agreements.

The BLAC Network provides marketing materials, digital assets, and ongoing support to ensure Associate Members can effectively share the message and mission.

Associate Members can grow into roles such as lead Associate Members, community ambassadors, or even explore full-time roles within the network based on performance and involvement.
